PLAYER SHOP

Sell straight from your own character instead of standing in a trade channel — drag items into your shop, set a price per unit, and other players buy directly from you while you're standing right there (or safely offline). No crafting station or vocation requirement; every account can run one.

Setting up your shop

  1. Stand in a protection zone (a temple, depot, or any other safe-zone tile) and say !shop to open your shop panel.
  2. Drag items in to list them, and set each one's price in gold. Stackable items can be listed in any quantity; equipment and other unique items are listed one at a time, keeping their exact charges and stats — a listed rune stack or an enchanted weapon comes back exactly as it went in, not a plain default copy.
  3. Optionally set a short description, shown as a floating label above your character so passersby can see what you're selling without opening the shop.
  4. Click Start. Your shop stays open as long as you're logged in (or offline-shopping, see below) and has at least one item listed. Stop at any time to pause it; your items and prices are kept, ready to relist.

Items you list are held safely the moment you add them — they leave your inventory immediately, the same way the market's own escrow works, so a sale always completes correctly even if you're not online to see it happen. Pulling a listing back out (or stopping and removing it) returns the exact item, unchanged.

Buying from someone else's shop

  • Right-click a player with an active shop (their floating label shows they have one open) and choose Browse Shop. You need to be within a couple of tiles of them.
  • Pick an item, choose how many to buy, and confirm. The gold comes out of your bank balance, not your carried inventory — make sure you have enough deposited.
  • You can't buy from your own shop, and a listing that's sold out or been pulled is simply no longer available.
  • The seller's own shop panel and sale history update automatically once you buy, whether they're online to see it or not.

Shopping while offline

Once your shop is active (started, see above), open your own shop panel and click Idle Shop to safely close your client while your character stays in the world with your shop still running — the button is just a shortcut for saying !offlineshop, which works the same way if you'd rather type it directly. There's no time limit — you stay "open for business" until every listing sells out (at which point you're logged out automatically) or the server restarts, which always logs out anyone shopping offline.

Fee

Your shop panel shows a listing fee, currently set to 10%.
